Due to the highly customized and instant digital nature of Geo's Cassette mixtapes, all sales are generally final once the cassette is sealed and delivered.

However, if you experience technical issues, broken links, or your premium aesthetic fails to load, please contact us at support@geoscassette.com within 7 days of purchase. We will happily resolve the technical issue or issue a full refund if the product cannot be delivered as described.
