When you complete the mixtape creation process and seal the tape, the customized audio, imagery, and server infrastructure are immediately provisioned for your unique link. Due to the irreversible nature of this personalization, we cannot issue standard refunds for change-of-mind or unused links.

However, we want you to have a perfect experience. If your tape link is corrupted, damaged, fails to play properly, or if there was a technical error during generation, please reach out to our support team for an immediate resolution or a free replacement code.
